💔 Why are so many still suffering in silence?
In my counselling and art therapy sessions, I hear the same echoes again and again—women carrying deep emotional pain, often alone. And I keep asking myself: with all the conversations about mental health and resilience, with so much light being shone on human struggles, why does the silence remain? Why are so many still breaking quietly inside?
It is heartbreaking to witness. To see women hold everything together on the outside while quietly hurting within. To feel their exhaustion, their longing for relief, and their belief that they must endure alone.
But I know this truth goes beyond women. Men too carry pain that is rarely spoken. They are often expected to be strong, to stay silent, to suppress their wounds—and yet, inside, they too ache for release, for understanding, for a way back to themselves.
What I wish everyone could know, deep in their bones, is this: you are not broken, and you are not empty.
The laughter you once knew, the sparks of joy that once made you come alive, the resilience that once carried you through—they are still there. Sometimes forgotten, sometimes buried, but never lost.
Through Positive Art Therapy, I guide both women and men into those hidden places within. And when they rediscover what has always been theirs—when they pick up those forgotten tools—it is as if something inside breathes again. They realize they were never without hope, never truly powerless.
🌱 Inner Resources Therapy is about remembering what once brought you joy, reclaiming it, and allowing it to steady you when life feels heavy.
So whether you are a woman or a man, if you are carrying pain in silence, let yourself believe this: you don’t have to walk through it alone. Your healing begins the moment you dare to turn inward and reclaim what has always been waiting for you. 💖
