For a one on one session,  the Counsellor assists the Client to access her/his own image-making abilities. The client is encouraged to visualise and create a representation of thoughts and emotions that they may not otherwise be able to articulate. Counsellor and Client then jointly explore the meaning of the images in light of the relationships and personal experiences, which may be nurturing or distressing.

Individual sessions are customised according to Client's needs.  Clients can also choose the therapy from the

GROUP

Group art therapy

For group work (5-20 persons), we use the Group Mural Technique, a clinical and goal-oriented approach that was designed by German Art Therapist Flora von Spreti.  It  uses art-making to help participants express emotions, confront conflicts, and gain insight into their experiences.

The theme for the activity is customised according to the group's profile and shared goals. For a longer term regular group art therapy, we work closely with the host client on the themes so as to achieve the desired outcomes set for the group.

Goal: A space where individuals can engage in art creation, sharing, and discussion of personal narratives, fostering powerful connections and collective healing experiences.
